Confident in own skin. Clarity "on the canvas" for the life you want to experience. Activate excitement of possibilities. We will be in nature reconnecting to self and through breath & yoga to crack open your heart.
Day 2. RAW
Acceptance of her. Tap into suppressed rage as powerful & loud as it wants to come out. Movement = movement. Face off any fear. Celebrate you. Be. A dance with the masculine and feminine. deep connection with self through the amazing self-connecting journey of Sensual Embodied DanceÂŽ
Day 3. RECLAIM
Be with self without the noise. In shadow and light. What does she desire? Believe it to create it.

Melinda Grinner is the proud owner of Raw Coaching (Previously MAB Personal Training & Adventures). Raw is all about empowering the âReal. Authentic. Woman.â to be/do/have the life she desires from a place of LOVE. Using health as her anchor, activating her strength to have confidence mentally, physically & emotionally to create the life she TRULY Desires.
Melinda, a woman that chooses her, a wife, a mother of three beautiful children, a successful business owner of 16years, she loves life, loves helping and inspiring people, loves adventure and strongly believes if you want something enough you can have anything your heart desires â all you need is a big enough reason why, a plan and most of all, action.
Previous SCBWN award winner of Young Business Woman of the year 2014. Pre kids, when she was not working on her business, she was outdoors doing some kind of fun, soul awakening adventure â like trekking the world-famous Mount Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, walking 900 kilometres from France to Spain, trekking through the snow in cold New Zealand or showing her respect to all Australians by doing the Kokoda trail in Papua New Guinea. (Though her 3 kids are her greatest adventure yet)

Seven years ago, following feeling disconnected and numb as a new mother, I attended a weekend workshop with Holly with some friends. I had no idea what I was getting myself into at the time. Yet, this profound dance changed my awareness and love for my body â and that changed my life forever.
My SED practice continues to help me remain grounded in my physical body and in tune with my emotional state. I am my true self. Devoted. Magnetic, Juicy.
Iâm super excited to now guide women, mothers and lovers who have lost that deep connection with self through the amazing self-connecting journey of Sensual Embodied DanceÂŽ

Elemental Woman
I have have always been interested in health science since studying Physical Education at school and playing representative sport for Australia. I found my way to the healing arts after moving through adversity, being diagnosed with ADHD and experiencing a number of traumatic experiences. Ever since, I have dedicated myself to assisting others on their path of healing, empowerment and greatness.
In our current âbusyâ culture, an increasing amount of people are experiencing burnout, stress, trauma and a number of mental related health issues. Due to this fact, I am motivated to the nourishing of nervous systems & creating a safe space for transformation & deep rest. I encourage curiosity of the sensations via the bodies feedback system so clients can make the best choices via a range of self-care practices that enhance radical change and wakes up the radiance of the heart through the shifting and changing seasons and cycles.
I love to fuse ancient healing practices and wisdom with modern day science, plant medicine, music, five element theory& intuitive guidance with lots of love in my offerings. Iâd love to help guide you deep into your inner chambers for you to find your own special qualities, gifts and insights using a number of different artisan healing technologies. Beyond my joy of sharing Artisan Therapeutics with you, my hope is that you will be inspired to re-envision and deepen the relationship to yourself and create your own âArt of Livingâ by understanding yourself as an Elemental Woman / Man.
I look forward to unearthing the hidden & silenced realities of the unseen - the magic from the mystery, so you can share your abundance with the collective. In addition, being and feeling safety in our bodies is essential to being confident to express ourselves..
